• Identify and analyse requirements from functional and non-functional aspects.
• Ability to breakdown requirements into software specifications
• Develop Prototype, Design and develop components
• Exposure to test driven development
• Possess strong problem solving and debugging skills.
• Able to write readable, performant code
• Should be able to write code for developing native android applications and hybrid applications

• Familiar with Agile or any other industry standard Software development life cycle and planning methodology
• Nice to be able to play the role of SCRUM Master
• Ability to work closely with Architect, Product Owner and Other stakeholders on requirements elicitation
• Follow organisation coding standards, review process
• Motivated Individual contributor who can work as a good team player

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering (preferably computers and electronics)
• Minimum 5-6 years of SW development experience and 4+ years of relevant expertise in developing native android applications . Hybrid, in addition is a definite plus.
• Worked on end to end product life cycle and has deployed products in Google Play
• Store o Passion in User Interface development and a strong eye for detail o Should have skills to define, use and optimize KPI using various opensource performance management tools
• Strong Expertise with android architecture, build tools and android software development process
• Strong hands on experience with OOPS
• Ability to write unit test cases using Appium / selenium framework .
• Proficient in Configuration Management Tools like GIT, Perforce, SVN
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem solving abilities

• Knowledge on MVVM models is a plus
• Knowledge on Android Jetpack library.
• Knowledge on developing application for Android TV is a plus.
• Knowledge on Full stack is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Network, IPV4/V6, HTTP, OTT
• Knowledge of Digital TV broadcasting standards (MPEG, DVB-SI)
• Hands on expertise with any native app development opensourceplatforms
