Role:
- Handling customer queries via phone call, Email, Instagram, Facebook messenger.
- Coordinating with logistics team for handling Delivery related issues
- Working on internal software and project management systems relating to e-commerce
- Coordinating with teams (Pune and Bangalore)
- Coordinating with various manufacturing units for product related issues.
Required:
- Listening to and analyzing the customers issues, investigating the problems, and
providing strategic solutions.
-Using judgment to determine appropriate profitability on all orders and taking action when necessary.
- Ensuring that customers always have the most complete and up to date information about the status of their order.
- Being willing to remain flexible and adapt to change as we continue to grow as a company.
- Able to handle queries of online customers on day to day basis.
- Able to work with logistics team to provide a better customer experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills- English and Hindi
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
Preferred:
- E-commerce experience
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
