UI Developer | Abhiksha Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. User Interface Designer
We are looking for a user interface designer with strong interests and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self- direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design engagement. A thorough understanding of contemporary user- centered visual design methodologies is a must.

What You Will Be Doing
Implement new site features from conception to completion based on product specifications
Create visual designs based on wireframes and produce HTML, CSS and final web ready art
Comfortable developing interaction flows, paper mock- ups, wireframes and interactive mockups
Design effectively within establish visual and interaction design styles
Participate in usability testing
Develop support materials, brochures, promotional materials and newsletters
What You Need for this Position
Able to work in a small tight- knit group and collaborate effectively with developers and business owners.
Expertise in User- Interface design.
Strong front- end development skills. Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and CSS layout skills
Ability to quickly code complex designs in table- less CSS structure maintaining design integrity and with an eye to cross browser/ platform issues.
Maintaining design consistency via the use of style guides, style sheets and enforcement of established standards and best practices.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an agile development environment.
Experience producing user- interface changes that increase conversion.
Excellent visual design skills as well as interaction design skills
Competent with web design tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash, Dreamweaver and Visio
Skilled in implementing designs in HTML and advanced CSS
Familiar with highly interactive UIs and web 2.
