Job Description
Summary: The objective is to supervise and manage Cash Pickups, external agencies at state level to deliver continuous results, drive improvement through initiatives, identify area of opportunity and fix them in a process oriented approach.Job Responsibilities:
- Should be well versed in managing collections agencies.
- To ensure Empanelment of good agencies and sustain the performance of all agencies as per the set targets.
- Should sustain the required Manpower in all agencies with sufficient allocation to vendors Field executives.
- Should review agencies on regular basis and take corrective action to ensure maximum performance and output
- Monitor processes & procedures (COC) are followed by vendors as per protocols.
- Should work as an auditor as when required and ensure vendors are not involve in any fraud or suspicious activities.
- Should visits and work closely with all vendors on daily basis.
- Should achieve collection target on collection, conversion rate, Productivity, Agency Budget
- Actively monitor state/city/area/team efficiencies and come up with recommendations to improve basis specific collection strategies.
- Ensure timely invoice processing of all vendors in coordination with finance, back end and strategy team.
- Maintain relationship with internal and external vendors.
- Keep in touch with various departments in the organization basis requirement to ensure 100% smooth functioning of the department.
- Summarize collection report and propose solution for root causes due to which performance is low
Required Candidate profile
Desired Profile:- Should have 4-8 Year of overall experience.
- Atleast 1 year experience of collection vendor management is must.
- Must be well organized at work to manage large volumes and plan ahead.
- Broad knowledge of collection and related applications.
- Good and effective presentation and communication skills.
- Situation Handling and effective process management
- Should be self-driven to drive results
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
