Job Description
Successful completion of a full 4 - year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
Job Requirements:- Participate in the product development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design through testing and rollout to ensure that the product meets business needs, and that system and software requirements are verifiable and quantifiable.
- Work with developers, analysts, project managers and system users to identify deviations from requirements.
- You'll be responsible for test planning, design and execution of test scripts and cases across the systems.
- Support releases of integrated technologies and applications.
- Analyze test results, document, report and track defects found in the system.
- Make recommendations to improve product reliability, performance, quality assurance best practices and processes.
- Exploit your knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) testing.
- Utilize your knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.
- Explore your knowledge of common testing, verification, and validation techniques.
- Utilize your knowledge of standard software testing tools.
- 3+ years experience with and knowledge of QA processes, methodologies, and testing techniques, automated and manual test processes, test case design and execution, regression testing and load testing.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its different methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SQL and XML.
- Travel domain experience would be an added advantage.
- Team player attitude, patience, understanding, flexibility.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self - motivated and independent learner.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Familiar with Agile development processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
