Job Description

Collating/Extracting data and doing necessary transformation using excel or custom tools provided and performing error free uploads of data in our system
Providing required data support to the different stakeholders
Resolving the tickets raised by Clients team for their payout and commission
Documentation of the Process
Lot of data to manage and maintain
Multiple work items to be worked in parallel like revert to queries , uploading the data in the system, running some processes on the system
Supporting the team on exceptional cases and ensuring quick resolution
Observing, highlighting and resolving process/other deficiencies at a root cause level by engaging with relevant stakeholders across the organisation to help maximise customer satisfaction.
