We are looking to hire a Dynamic, a Very Passionate, an innovator with great organisational skills

Job Description

Supervise the daily operation of the Bar area (order and maintain supplies, review set-up and food and beverage preparation and service) to ensure compliance with SOP'sSafety regulations and procedures and ensure an optimal level of service, quality and hospitality

Bar Manager is responsible in monitoring the operation of Bar sales

Responsible for the proper accounting and recording of all sales while ensuring that the pouring measures are being followed according to the standard operating procedure

Desired Candidates profile

Professionals with 3-4 yrs exp.

With 5* Hotel experienceShould have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsShould have good personality
