Sr Manager/GM: Investments

Business Development:

• Assist clients in finding suitable commercial properties.
• Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract qualified buyers .
• Coordinate exchanges of ownership.
• Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Manage a portfolio of Vacant/pre rented properties.
• Fulfill a range of marketing functions, e.g. promoting properties by listing, writing advertisements, or arranging site visits.
• Attend networking functions and occasional workshops.
• Seek out acquisition targets and pipeline of leads
• Maintain relationships and developing the channel network.
• Create relationships with HNI's and businesses in various industries for future expansion.
• Promote properties for sale.
• Maintain Inventory of Commercial Properties Compare them with similar properties to determine fair market price.

Transaction:

• Provide guidance on agreements, mortgages, and market prices.
• Draft legal documents and contracts.
• Facilitate acquisition transactions.
• Handle transactions.
• Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out.
• Follow up with legal department to ensure purchase is legal and binding.
• Identify, analyze, and prepare re-development plans.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
• Maintain good coordination between internal team(CRM) and clients.
