We are seeking an eager, motivated management trainee to join our growing organization.
In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under direction of experienced personnel.

Summary of Job:As Management Trainee, candidate will complete all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties for different departments & projects, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle vendors & payments, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation.
Job Responsibilities :
Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting the position.
Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
Understand each project & their goals.
Dealing with logistics & other resource funtioning
Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Create charts, graphs, and presentations for leadership teams.
Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as & when required.
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
Primary (KRA's)
Work on projects from inception to success
Work closely with team manager to expedite the opreations for sales, delivery, marketing, technology, vendor management and other key activities of the business.
Work across functions to get high impact projects off the ground quickly and then scale at an exponential rate.
Support different teams for the smooth transitioning of projects.
Work on making strong & impressive presentations to showcase project development.
Analysis and interpretation of data as & when assigned by manager.
Job Knowledge (Prerequisite)
Strong knowledge of finance is must.
Understanding on how to devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as customer feedback & questionnaires.
Presenting the findings to executives and clients through charts, graphs, and other visual means to help them make better-informed decisions about product introductions, modifications, and marketing campaigns.
Knowledge on how to represent the visual of industry trends and of competitors so that organization can predict how products and services will fare in the marketplace.
Measure effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.

Growth Period:
Management trainee or Intern will be provided with 4-8 months comprehensive training to take leadership roles across operation and other enabling functions
Rigorous mentoring and coaching include both business and leadership skills
Preferred Candidates:
**MBA Freshers 2019 passed out or MBA Graduates with 0-3 years work experience with specializations in Marketing, Finance, International Business, Information Systems and Supply Chain Management from Tier 1 and Tier 2 MBA colleges in India.
** M.tech graduates can also can apply.
