Salary:12 lakhs depending on experience
Job Profile
Procurement Plan, Specification & Scope finalization with business user department, Procurement Process, Development of Procurement Section
Preparation of tender documents and finalization of terms of agreement in co-ordination with legal and business team.
Vendor Development & Management
Quotations/Tendering/Negotiation
Quotation/Bid/Tender Analysis, Evaluation & Recommendation
Resolution of exceptions and deviations received from bidders ensuring the best terms for the company.
Purchase Order / Agreements / Contracts / AMC / Warranties / Guarantees / Expediting
Imports / Exports / Customs Clearance / Logistics
Co-ordination with stores, receipts etc.
Development and execution of systems & processes, SOPs.
Supporting budget preparation, planning and costing exercise by requesting budgetary quotation, co-ordination with business and vendors for scope of work, specification etc
Skills
Knowledge in SAP (MM / PM Module), Oracle or equivalent systems; procurement related certifications.
Procurement of bio-technology related consumables, chemicals, enzymes, capital/engineering/lab/project related equipment, instruments and services.
