Job Description
* Work Experience over 7-15 years managing Windows Server up to latest OS version. Must have hands on experience on Active Directory Administration. Must have hands in Windows server administration virtualized on VMware platform Knowledge of the connecting processes like problem, change, event management.
* Expertise in installing, configuring and troubleshooting both with hardware and software in windows (2003 to 2012) environment and patch management.
* Responsible for daily operations of Windows based servers running in a mixed physical and virtual (VMware ESX) environment.
* Managing and Monitoring DHCP, DNS, FTP Server, Active Directory, IIS, Antivirus (McAfee) and Disaster Recovery Replication.
* Provide L3 support and mentoring to the IT Service Desk team and senior level support to the IT Operations team.
* Familiar with the upgrade paths for Windows servers/ESXESXi Host serversVirtual Center Server.
* Manage and Maintain the physical hardware and virtual environment / infrastructure using Virtual Center Server v6.0 with a mixture of ESXi 5.5 & ESXi 6.0 hosts, consisting of 30 physical hosts with 150 - 200 virtual machines.
* Manage the host resources virtual machine resource allocation (CPU, memory, hard disk, etc.) and perform routine maintenance on this environment (schedule downtime for patches, updates & upgrades).
* supporting Office 365 as an administrator (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, Planner, etc.).
* Office365 license, feature, and policy management.
* PowerShell scripting expertise within Office 365 / Teams / SharePoint.
* Excellent experience and knowledge with designing installing and implementing VMware ESX server, VMware virtual center, setting up V-Motion, HA, DRS, and related VMware products such as VM Workstation, VMware converter VM Backup products and other products for virtualization
* Expertise on ESXi and ESX Architecture, guest OS installation, setting up of VM priorities, Cloning and Snapshots.
* Managing and maintaining McAfee & Sophos Antivirus server.
* Must be self-motivated and ability to work both as a team member and independently to complete assignments.
