Job Description

Qualification : Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engg

Experience: About 7 to 10 years' experience in

Operation of different machine controls

General and technological knowledge in application matters, process, material and tools

Good communication skills in English is a must and also preferably in German Language

Experience in HYPERMILL CAM programming system

Analytical competence

5-Axes programming of different machine controls like Siemens, Heidenhain and Fanuc using CAM ( preferably Hypermill )

Intensive knowledge of compensation tools

Knowledge of measurement technology

Geometric knowledge of machine and re-establishment

Laser measuring systems for axis calibration

Inclusion of measuring probes and cycles

Preparation of Quality results

Knowledge of tool monitoring (Artis, Brinkhaus)

Process knowledge

Access temperature influences and compensation systems

Required Candidate profile

Must have worked with 5-Axis Machines...
