Post : Content Developer
Location : Sakinaka. Mumbai
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 3 5 years
Salary : 6 lakhs
Working hours: Mon Saturday 9.30 to 6.30pm
Job Description:
Understand content requirement and do extensive research on specified subjects
Develop Course Design comprising the flow and structure of the entire content
Getting the design evaluated and approved by domain experts and make it current
Creating module outlines and session plans for the modules being created
Preparation of content based on Instruction Design principles using a mix of ppt, audio & video inputs, faculty notes and assessment papers
Detailed Script Writing for videos and scenarios
Content reviewing, editing documents created for various projects, editing and refining existing content and proof reading
Conducting Train-the-Trainers for selected faculty on content created
Coordinating and communicating with the clients
Content development in versatile subjects on product, process and behavioral aspects for Service Industry with special reference to retail sector.
Adept in developing content for online education, classroom-based training and facilitating instruction led training
Technical Skills:
Certification in Instruction Design is preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office and latest media-based tools.
Some corporate experience preferred but not mandatory
