To receive incoming calls or to make outbound calls in order to solve customer queries
Customer Support/ Customer Delight./Customer Care

Required Skills :

Understanding the query and giving timely solutions
Good English communication skills
Minimum 1 year of experience after graduation
Mandatory experience only with BPO Voice process
Graduation Mandatory
Immediate Joiners required.

Compensation : Salary till 20K.

Shifts : Fixed day shift for girls

Rotational shifts for boys
