Senior UI Designer - Pune - Xoriant Solutions

Job Description

Role: Designing& Development Team at Xoriant empowers the future with latesttechnology, working across Service Delivery Life Cycle.

As a UI Designer, you will have to:

• Work with projects as a part of the UX team to create highly usable, simple and appealing user interfaces for Enterprise applications

• Translate wireframes into original, highly usable UI designs

• Specify screen interactions through interactive prototypes

• Communicate your concepts with internal and external clients and work with them to fine - tune the designs

• Create and communicate comprehensive UI design guidelines for development teams to follow

• Ensure the fidelity of the developed interfaces with your designs through regular reviews with the development teams

Key Skills -

Mandatory Skills:

• Should have 5 - 8 years of experience in the IT Industry

• Experience in similar role for at least 2 years, in a reputed company. Portfolio of work is a must - have

• Good understanding of usability principles and UX processes

• Good knowledge about the current design trends

• Ability to present your designs well

• Worked knowledge of UI design tools like Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD

• Worked knowledge of prototyping tools like Invision, and FluidUI

• Worked on a project independently including client interactions.

• Experience in working with Agile development is preferred

Other Mandatory Aspects -

• Early/ immediate joiners are welcome

Personal Skills -

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
