Derivatives Proptrader - Mumbai,Mumbai Suburbs @ Vitasta Consulting

Looking for Derivatives Prop traders with at least 3 yrs. Experience of working on systematic derivatives trading strategies. Candidate should be ready to work on Profit sharing basis which will include part salary and part profit based compensation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing Derivative strategies as well as trading & risk management of the trade

- Trade in Index, Stock and currency derivatives based strategies. - Options strategies is preferable

- Analysis of trading performance & development of new logic to improve trading performance

- Work independently to trade and manage the portfolio

- Working closely with team members

What we are looking for :

- A well-developed strategy with a proven track record with ability to articulate the expected returns and use of capital

- Strategies that are systematic and back tested. Discretionary trades are not preferred.

- Ability to explain and demonstrate thestrategy along with ability to clearly explain the risks and how the portfolio will be managed

- Good understanding of Risk Management (both vanilla and stress situations) and hedging

- Strong analytical, statistical and quantitative abilities including the use of Excel for analysis

- Very strong communication skills- ability to present ideas and strategies clearly and interact well with both peers as well as senior management

- Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative field is preferred

- Bachelors or Masters in commerce or other fields should be able to demonstrate their analytical skills

- 3 + years of relevant experience in Derivatives trading with a strong understanding of the Indian markets

- Hard working, self-motivated and a willingness to see a task through to the end
