The Position: We are looking for a Facility Executive - Soft Services with one of our premium clients based out of Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Brief JD:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), preparation of MIS reports to track facility consumption/ expenses like (MMR/ Invoice tracker/ Daily round finding tracker/ HK consumable tracker/POY feedback report/ Attendance report/ Training Calendar/ Preparing quote comparison)
Cafeteria Management
Client Management
Handling soft services (Housekeeping, Key Management, Asset Management, Movement activity)
Vendor Management (Monthly structured meetings conducted with vendors and sharing of score cards/Discussion on deliveries and working out options to improve the same)
Handle the team of Duty Managers, BMS operators, technicians & HK staff
Inventory management of the items required in day to day process
Facility Rounds includes Repair & Maintenance, Daily observation of floors and maintaining of tracker.
Purchase Order system updation
Responsible for daily Admin operations while maintaining highest levels of quality in across all companys Infrastructure and office equipment Maintenance, Housekeeping, Travel Operation, Courier services, Technical services, Record management, Reception, Conference Rooms, Cafeteria, by maintaining a high service standard.
Responsible for agreements & AMC contracts of In house service providers for Housekeeping, Security, AHU maintenance, Courier services, Office Stationary, Pest control, Record Management etc.
Setting up meetings, luncheons, video conferences with Clients / Candidates.
Assist with special events planning and other administrative activities as needed
CTC : Rs.30,000 to Rs.33,000 PM depending upon the candidate's skillset, past experience and last drawn salary.
Education Qualification : Must be a graduate
Notice Period: 15 Days or Less
