Job Description

  1. Looking people exclusively for sutures and surgical product sales.
  2. The Candidate would be required to plan and promote the given product portfolio and also implement the sales strategies in the respective territory of the Company.
  3. Meeting doctors and OT staff, promotion and demand generation for the requisite product portfolio.
  4. To ensure complete coverage of doctors as per the specifications and classifications given by the Company.
  5. To implement the sales strategies in the respective territory of the Company.
  6. Achieving secondary sales targets month on month (How- be present in OTs at least 4 timesa week, 4 quality sales calls every day, Key account management, key account profiles for top 5 accounts in the respective territory.
  7. Achieving Focus product targets - both quantity and value - month on month (How - OTpresence- 4 times a week, minimum of 4 sales calls per day, collecting data on competitive product usage and types of surgeries performed, product demonstrations, proactive product evaluations.
  8. Achieving 100% marketing activities planned for their regions every quarter.
  9. Timely reporting of weekly reports and trackers for focus products.
  10. Energetic sales professional who is responsible for sales of various sutures and other surgical products in a given territory
