As an Associate Lead Software Engineer, you will write and configure codes for new and upgraded solutions in accordance with technical specifications.

You will provide direction in architecture discussions, design sessions, code reviews for functional correctness, architectural maintainability and performance.

In this role, you will create code specifications at the system level and code for high-risk projects with solution dependencies within and outside the current team.

You are expected to leverage deep technical and solution expertise to create clear and well-constructed strategic technical designs of moderate scope.

Additionally, you will influence and lead software engineers at the project level by delegating tasks, mentoring the team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will also be expected to share knowledge outside the team through mentorship, coaching, technical talks and blogs.
