Job Description
- The post holder will be involved in running the IELTS, TOFEL, Duolingo, PTE Academic Batches, with SAT, ACT, GRE & GMAT. Should be providing the correct guidance and feedback to the students to enhance their English.
- Teach IELTS, TOFEL, PTE Academic, SAT, ACT, GRE & GMAT to the students through classroom and online sessions.
- Coach on all the modules of IELTS, TOFEL & PTE Academic - Writing, Reading, Listening & Speaking. Verbal for GRE,GMAT and SAT.
- Devise and prepare course structure and material as required.
- Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
- Prepare and set lesson plans, classroom activities, tests, and exercises.
- Conduct mock tests, giving feedback and advising students on areas of improvement.
- Assist students with coursework through individualized instruction/classes, computer assisted instruction and self study courses.
- Contribute to ongoing program development, curriculum development, and assessment.
- Ensure basic training decorum and discipline is maintained during the program.
- Prepare and maintain reports on the improvement of student learning and scores.
- Call and follow up with students, take feedback and give regular assessments to student and parents.
- Experience on writing, editing and reframing of Letter of Recommendation and Statement of Purpose.
- Attend walk-ins and telephonic queries for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, SAT.
- Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records
Required Candidate profile
- A minimum of 5 year's IELTS, TOFEL, PTE Academic, SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT teaching experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Should have a strong interest in teaching the students and be highly motivated to ensure the students achieve high scores.
- Result oriented, with an ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn new concepts/practices.
- Should have familiarity with online teaching tools, conducting sessions online.
- Effective communication and Presentation skills for both online and offline teaching.
- Should know basic computer skills of Microsoft office, Zoom platform, adobe acrobat reader.
- Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve result.
- Presentation and Teaching Skills An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
*** Interview shall be conducted Telephonic or through Video Call.
*** Open for the trainer working with us part-time till the lockdown resumes and then work full time later.
*** Since this is urgent position, preference will be given to the candidate candidate who could join immediately.
