Must have at least 2+ years of experience inBPO hardcore Transition (any domain)
Ready to work in any shift
8+ years of total experience with minimum 1+ years of Project Management/ Solutioning experience
Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any stream Working experience of transition function in BPO industry PMP, PRINCE2 certification (preferred) Strong communication & presentation skills (verbal and written) Strong Executive Presence and Client management Ability to work with culturally diverse teams across geographies
Responsible for leading towers within transitions like Knowledge transfer, hiring, technology and workplace enablement, PMO anywhere from across the Accenture India footprint as per project requirement Ensure the Transition methodology is well understood and adhered to Responsible in ensuring that the assigned tasks/deliverables are met as per defined timelines Execute processes with end to end accountability
