As a Regional Manager, you will have to lead a survey and data analytics of a region allocated to you. You will be responsible for end to end understanding of the ground level survey and management. One can apply for the below stated requirements provided that the work location would be in Central Delhi. We have offers open for those adequate with any of below languages. Regional roots and native of the selected state will be an add-on.

1. Should take information from Feedback managers survey and clean up the data
2. Studying the socio-economic conditions of the region allocated
3. May require travelling to selected regions for ground level understanding
4. Need to translate into English while maintaining the essence of the matter
5. Follow regional media outlets (newspaper, TV, social media) and convey noteworthy developments to the organization
6. Interacting with opinion leaders such as teachers, retired (principals, government employees), Sarpanch/municipal counselors and other elders to understand current socioeconomic and political conditions and aspirations of all demographics

Job Requirements:

1. Post-Graduation + 2 years
2. Past experience in operation, survey, sales will be an add-on
3. Travel up to 20% travel time
4. Good fluency (speak, write, read) in the language of the selected region
5. Good expertise Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint)
6. Good at using computer, smartphone
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Experience working in a fast paced environment
