Middleware Migration Admin - Gurgaon - Diverse @ Diverse Lynx

JD is below: Strong understanding of Transaction middleware platform with 4- 7 years of experience of administrating and supporting MW products (WAS, MQ, Apache, tomcat, jboss, IIS) is required.
Strong understanding of Shell or Bash scripts and use of common Unix/Linux utilities for parsing data like AWD, Sed, Perl and regular expressions.
Experience in a Linux / UNIX / Windows distributed enterprise environment is required.
Experience managing upgrading and patching other Middleware deployments is required.
Knowledge managing .NET architecture would be a plus.
Experience in using Puppet, Chef or other automation tool would be a plus.
Experience managing Middleware related monitoring tools, including, New Relic, Wily and Patrol is highly desirable.
Experience managing Middleware security, including participation in security based audits, Sarbanes- Oxley compliance and adding application certificates is highly desirable.
Familiarity with IT Enterprise architecture.
Experience and knowledge of current trends within JAVA and .Net based technologies.
Experience and knowledge of current trends within the Web Technology industry.
Experience in the development and enabling PaaS capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are necessary.
Highly organized, structured, and process oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with internal and external business/technical teams.
