Location- Bhubaneshwar /Cuttack
Position- Technical Recruiter / Non IT Recruiter / Pharma
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You should have min 1 year of work experience in recruitment ( IT , NON IT,) for US staffing.
- You should have master level experience in various sourcing techniques like Dice, Monster, Linkedin.
- You should have thorough knowledge of Screening .
- You should have thorough knowledge of US visa types and work authorizations
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The recruiter will be responsible for end to end ( IT , NON IT) recruitment for US staffing
- Should submit daily reports of the KRA as mandated
