Position: Assistant/Deputy Manager

Function / Job Family:Legal& Operations

Qualification: LLB/LLM from a reputed institute in Bangalore

No of years of experience: 5 years + with Legal Firms/Banking/NBFC's/Financial Institutions/Trustee Company

Location: Bangalore

CTC : Up to 12L

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, property laws, NCLT, contract laws, banking law & practice, Trustee Business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Team Player

Job Profile:

• Drafting/Vetting of finance documents viz. Loan Agreement, Security Trustee Agreement, Share Pledge Trustee Agreement, Inter Creditor Agreement, Paripassu Letter etc.
• Drafting/Vetting of security documents viz. Deed of Hypothecation, Indenture of Mortgage, Guarantee etc.
• Examining of compliance documents viz. MoA & AoA, Board Resolution, Title Search Report, RoC Search Report etc.
• Preparing compliance report and issuance of holding letter.
• Perfection of security i.e. registration of documents with appropriate authority, RoC & CERSAI filing etc.
• Coordinate with LLC, Lenders, Borrowers etc. and attend consortium meeting.
• Handling escalations pertaining to post execution formalities.
• Ensure safe custody of documents
• Litigation/enforcement actions
