Responsibilities and Duties
Need Experience in - VMware , AWS , Datacenter Design ,VMware VSan Azure ,Windows,Hyper V, Datacenter , Cloud Migration,Vmware ,RV Tool,Data discovery ,Blue bench ,
* A strong leadership and direction to the service management function to ensure appropriate and robust service is delivered
* Have an aptitude for managing vendor relationships -- from defining computing load to negotiating licenses -- and understanding the dynamics of a virtual work environment.
* Manages the constantly shifting relationship between the organization's technical demands and the capacity to be pulled from the cloud.
* Lead the internal IT team and coordinate with service provider for the service portfolio defined
* Interface with program management teams
* Maintain strategic cloud service provider and other vendor partnerships
* Design and deliver support and service solutions in line with ITIL and industry best practice
* Monitoring the effectiveness of the teams against SLA and KPI defined
* Ensure operational procedures and best practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied
* Identify and implement change within the team to ensure excellent service offering
* Proactively contribute to new service development
* Be on-call with service provider and internal team in the event of any operations issues
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, making decisions based upon priorities, schedules and an understanding of business initiatives.
