Job Description
Your Responsibility
- Design, develop, implement and document solutions on workday for Walmart markets.
- Support workday implementations that are rolled out
- Contribute to the success of the implementation by ing technical/process skills, to design and deploy enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with functional team to understand the requirement and design effective solutions.
- Work closely with the technical team and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery).
- Drive and fuel innovation within the team, build hacks, work on patents.
- Learn on the go and work on both new requests/projects as well as support production based on priority.
- Participate in hiring and build teams enabling them to be high performing agile teams.
- Interact closely for requirements with Business owners and technical teams both within India and across the globe.

Your Qualifications
- B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science
- Relevant experience in implementing one or more EPM technologies including Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), or Financial Consolidation
- Experience in leading workstreams or small team
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience implementing other Oracle EPM technologies: Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM) and Azure Cloud etc.
- Understanding of currency translations, inter - company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs
- Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
- Proven skills as a team member, team lead on at least one full life cycle implementation
- A proven track record in defining system roadmap, gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and SLAs, and implementing robust and scalable solutions
