Responsibilities: Presales activities (potential client identification and scanning) Enquiry generation and Research conceptualisation Follow up of enquiries and Proposal preparation Follow up of Proposals and finalisation of orders Coordination with project execution team and clients Profile of executives : Quick grasp of responsibilities and ability to deliver results 3 to 5 years experience in Business Development , preferably in Business Consulting / Industrial Market Research / Engineering Consulting / EPC / industrial goods Good in analytics and presentation Experience in dealing with senior executives in large and very large Indian and multinational companies Eagerness to grow quickly and ability to challenge self on a daily basis Ability to behave like a salesman and think like a customer Engineering degree preferably with an MBA Must possess a pleasant personality , charming soft skills and good English language business communication skills
