Job Description
We have urgent vacancy for 'Human Resource Manager' Group Level for UAE
Position: Human Resource Manager Group level
Job Responsibilities :
Liase with various Group Companies and Sponsored Companies.
Managers for their HR/Admin related requirements.Oversee process/functioning of visa processing, applications,
medical and legal submissions relating to statutory formalities as
applicable to employees.
Supervise Employee Compensation Department.
Supervise Recruitment Department and selection process.Ensure all HR related legal issues are dealt within an appropriate
timescale and in compliance with laid down requirements.
Oversee employee accommodation facilities to ensure that
employees are appropriately accommodated.
Manage, maintain and ensure good job environment for each employee.
Supervise General Services Department.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing
demands, grievances or other issues.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and
procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
Eligibility Criteria:
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Age between 35 and 45 years.
Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a supervisory Position.
Prior work experience in Gulf countries will be an added
advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic will be an added advantage).
Computer proficiency.
Experience in Human Resources Policies & Procedures.Good interpersonal skills.

Basic Salary : 12,000 - 15000
HRA : Furnished Accommodation Provided
