Using Scientific ,mathematical and engineering principles to solve problems and improve processes
To take care of creating SOP`s for insulated products such as valves ,pipes, strainers etc, which are generally used in pipelines.
Understanding products requirements, specifications and targeted performance criteria as far( as chemicals and insulation are concerned )
Observing production processes, conducting research and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality.
Travelling to work sites and location to learn about project needs and design, implement trouble shoot,test and improve processes,equipment and facilities.
Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
Develop processes to separate components of liquids and gases or to generate electrical currents using controlled chemical processes.
Estimate production costs for management.
