* The candidate must have atleast 2 year of experience in US Voice Process (Inbound experience preferrable).
* Proficient in verbal and written US English.
* Must be having a understandable voice accent (US accent preferrable).
* Basic Knowledge of Computer.
* Comfortable in Night Shifts.
* Quick learner and self managed
* Multitasking and agile to the work
* Must be a team player
* Proficiency in Computer skills- emails, Ms Office(Excel, Word, Power point).
