Job Description

Responsibilities / TasksLiaise with Compliance/Business/Onshore counterpartsPerform quality checks to ensure that defined guideline is adheredWork as the process owner and ensure end to end management of all activities associated with the processMonitor process service delivery and ensure accomplishment of targets in adherence to SLAsMonitor capacity utilization within teams and allocate resourcesServe as a point of contact for internal and external escalationsEnsure adherence to standards, procedures and also identify risk mitigants wherever there is a control issueEffectively manage risk and foster an environment where team is fully aware of Operational Risk managementConduct regular operational performance reviews and participate in monthly self assessmentsPartner with sending location and all internal stakeholdersWork closely with other internal teams to ensure top of the line service to clientsPrioritize tasks and ensure adherence to timelines for completion of activitiesInitiate and lead change management initiatives within the teamSupervise and manage development of team membersEnsure structured upward & downward communicationConduct objective setting sessions, performance appraisals, provide feedback & coaching for all team membersEnsure performance and efficiency of staff meet or exceeds expectation standardsServe as a mentor and offer guidance for team level and individual level challengesParticipate in cross process initiatives which are formulated to create or improve existing processesSupport in preparing of MIS required for management decision makingShould be adept in spotting trends (in data points) and analyze the same for further actionMust be able to multi task effectively

Experience / ExposureEffective communication skills ? to be able to manage relationships with clients virtually.Able to cope well under pressure and meet deadlinesEye for detail and willingness to question current state practicesIndependent, self - motivated and a team player.Ability to use sound judgment to determine due diligence quality and if meets regulatory standards.Ability to regulatory guidance to review process in absence of written policyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management, organizational, planning and follow - up skills; ability to multi - task effectivelyStrong analytical and problem - solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to partner with internal partners and leverage internal resourcesExcellent attention to detail.Exceptional organizational, planning and management skillsAbility to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with business heads, senior managers, consultants, technical experts across the whole department and business users .Strong capacity to assimilate other stakeholders perspectives and fast learning abilitiesPro - active and business orientation with proven ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demandsAbility to assess stakeholder needs to improve customer experience and showing resilience underressure and providing best in class solutionsProficient in MS Office applications Education / CertificationGraduates with good academic recordsOverall experience of atleast 8 years in the Banking/Finance industryEffective communication skills ? to be able to manage relationships with clients virtuallyKYC background with a minimum of 4 years experience working in Client Onboarding teamExperience of working in a highly - matrixed environment, and accustomed to bridging the gap between disparate organizations and cultures.Good knowledge of regulatory trends and developmentsProven ability to prioritize competing demands.General knowledge of Business Banking product set, including TS ProductsOur values define the working environment we strive to create ? diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
