Job Description
Overview
As a Project Manager nbsp;you should have Project management experience on custom designed, full lifecycle application development projects, Client management and team management skills, Broad technical knowledge of system designing, application architecture and object oriented programming, Creative approach to problem solving.
Role
- Overseeing the design and develop high quality, secure, scalable software solutions based on technical requirements specifications and design artifacts within expected time and budget.
- Responsible for managing multiple project execution from planning to production and then supporting the launch.
- Act as single point of contact for all activities related to SW design Development keeping in mind the product specification co-developed by multiple project stake holders.
- Responsible for managing projects execution timeline, planning, resource requirements, Quality.
- Provide the direction to multiple team for meeting the project objective.
- Will communicate the project status to Senior Management. Responsible for ma naging communication to Cross Functional team in client organization and sort out any inter dependencies on time and reflect the same in updated project plan.
- Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project. Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities.
- Coordinate management and technical decisions.
All about You
- Possesses a bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record for designing and delivering global, enterprise solutions with scale and resiliency.
- Proven experience in Latest technologies and tools for mobile and web based software, BI, IOT, blockchain, digitisation, AI and ERP (SAP Oracle apps MS Exepta Navision).
- Working knowledge on Latest languages PHP, Java, .Net, C#. Working knowledge on Database and middle tier software package development.
- Working knowledge on (AWS Oracle) for IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. Managed Services (L1 L2 L3), Pre-sale POC Proposal management RFP response.
- Tendering bidding process experience in Govt. Non Govt. projects. Application Software solution and architecture.
- Ability of managing software projects with quality timely delivery.
- Ability to be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks and tools and support multiple concurrent activities.
