: Personel Secretary Good command over written and verbal English is a must. Experience Minimum experience: 4 years in reputed companies in a similar position attached to a Top Management Executive. Experienced in handling social media is preferred.. Should have handled a small/ medium sized office independently. Experienced in handling office accounts. record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications Interact with external clients prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents Manage and maintain MD' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events Salary - 20,000- 40,000 per month Key Skills: Personnel Secretary,Communications Skills,Editing Presentations, IT,Ms Office Qualification(s): B.SC B.COM
