Job Description
- Service management expertise and ability to manage, improve service levels;
- Technical ability to understand the issues related to day to day operations;
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and analytical skills;
- Full understanding of operational & troubleshooting knowledge of trunking protocols - VTP, 8021.Q etc.;
- Full understanding and operational knowledge of loop prevention protocols like spanning tree protocols;
- Full understanding of operational knowledge for troubleshooting of routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, RIP etc.;
- Full understanding of projects & different deployment architecture;
- Complete understanding of network security concepts;
- Full understanding of sniffer & how to use the sniffer for troubleshooting purposes; and Complete understanding of proxy servers and virus walls scan engines.
