Urgent - Executive - Pre Sales - Real Estate @ UK Realty

Job Description

• Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls as per the guidelines of the organisation.
• Capturing leads, qualifying them and then routing such leads to sales for effective closure.
• Responsible to ensure a call conversion to a Site Visit.
• Maintaining a track record of Daily inbound and outbound calls to be made to customers, as required during an online campaign /increasedtraffic of leads.
• Arranging Client Appointments with Sales. Managersat on-site locations.
• Understanding competitorsto understand theirprojectofferings.
• Interacting with the Marketing teams formeasuring the effectiveness of each promotional activity.
• Interacting with the Sales & Marketing teams on behalf of the Contact Centre for maximum filtration of leads received for better sales conversion.
• Extensive co-ordination with various support teams across to ensure complete & satisfactory resolutions in order to achieve customer delight.
• Act as a coach for newexecutiveofficers & motivating them to meet and over achieve their targets.
• PreparingDatabases for marketing campaigns
• Sending Marketing E-mailers and SMS totheclientsas per campaign
• Preparing Client Data from the overall database for Lead Harvesting
• Conducting Gruha Pravesh activity for customer's taking possession
• Ensuring highest level of sincerity, integrity and honesty while dealing with customers.
• Adherence to Audit and Compliance norms.
• Preferred Exposure to Calling Software Like CellDo
