Job Description

To handle end-to-end implementation and Support (Requirements gathering, preparing workbook, realization, conducting iterations, UAT and migration of new Legal entities).
To Work on different modules like RCM, PM, EC, ESS & MS, OM, PA & Time Management.
Foundation Table Objects Configuration.
To Work on Configuration Foundation, Personal/ Employment and Generic Objects.
Created user groups, profiles and assigned role based permission
Configuration of Events Life Cycles comprising several custom event reason and standard events - Job Changes, Salary change, Termination etc.
To Work on Export and Import data templates
To carry out functionalintegrationsothatdataflowsfromSFtoSAP.
To PreparetemplatesforalltheInfotypes
To work on Foundation objects, data models, picklist management, reporting events, workflows, PropagationFunctionality,TimeOff,etc.
To Create picklist, MDF picklist, Cascading picklist and mapping the picklist to objects.
To Create Business Rules and propagation rules in MDF.
To Work on Export and Import data templates.
To Work on new portlets creation and adding in to Employee Profile.
To provide Roles Based Permissions and security setup.
To Create Roles and groups and in RBP.
To Work on Mass changes and HRIS Sync.
To Configure various time off rules like accrual rules, PEP rules, Interim Rules, Hire & Termination rules.
To Configure LOP Time Types with different LOP event reasons.
To Configure the Data Replication Proxy for Integrations.
