Responsibilities include:
Should map potential customers & business
Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
Generate OEM business leads
Ensures effective control of marketing results
Ensure effectiveness of Team members & result oriented
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Directs market channel development activity
Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
Required Candidate profile
Exposure in handling OEM customers like MSIL, Tata, M & M with product costing for price settlements.
An experience of 8 to 10 years Working for an auto ancillary firm which supplies to Indian OEM's
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities
An ability to deliver constructive criticism
An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary
