Job Description

Clients are from very rich backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

Receive customers with a smile and MAKE THEM FILL OUT THE FORMS.
Take them to the conference room and show the CORPORATE PRESENTATION
Connect to a suitable salesperson.
Hospitality roles: Offer refreshments. Take feedback if they were well attended to
Ask clients to fill in Google reviews
Coordinate for Lunch for all Employees by making the notes and orders
Answer phone calls and connect to the right person
Coordinate any services and repair works: Elevators, Air conditioning, Computers, etc
Take attendance and ensure good upkeep of the showroom
Reports to be taken from housekeeping and various departments as per Check List.
Make clients give Google reviews

Expectations:

Training will be given with regard to the subject.
Candidate should have good communication skills ( Fluent English, is a must, other languages will be a plus point)
Should be confident to handle high profile customers whom he will visit and who visit the store
To be dressed in Company Uniform. ( Uniforms will be provided)
