You will assist customers to understand their training requirements , develop detailed training proposals and manage the flawless execution of training plans. Driving net new business in untapped customers and geographies. Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement. Develop long - term strategic relationships with key accounts. Conduct training needs assessments with customers. Assist customer in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Emerging Technologies as well as best practices implementations. Evangelize SATV and Certification at Customers. Develop detailed training proposals and plans to accelerate the adoption of Emerging technologies Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans. Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates. Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management. Create articulate compelling value propositions around Synergetics Learning Services. Analyze sales / metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy. When appropriate , work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities. Execution of effective Sales Campaigns Qualifications: BE , BSc IT , MSc IT , MBA (desirable) 2+ years in IT Transactional sales or Product sales 1 - 3 yrs in Sales Management. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Good presentation and selling skills Decent emerging technology orientation Proven business development experience , ideally in the IT Training sector A self - starter who is prepared to Think Deep dive Experience conducting Training Needs Assessments and developing training plans Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand.
