Job Summary:
As the Business Automation Analyst, in the Automation COE, within the Finance Transformation Office you will be part of the team responsible for automation of Client's Finance processes. You will be working on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), while incorporating skills of Process Analysis to innovate and improve the organization's efficiency and overall performance. This position requires vision and strategy to understand the potential of RPA implementation, while being able to demonstrate future potential to other teams.
Essential Functions:
Bot Design & Architecture
o Review the requirements defined by the Business Automation Analysts to develop bot design & architecture.
o Review the design & Architecture with the Technical Lead.
o Incorporate suggestions & changes (as suggested by the Technical Lead) into the bot development.
Bot Development
o Will be responsible for Bot Development along with unit testing.
o Work with Senior Business Automation Analysts for User Acceptance Test.
o Work with the Release Management team for bot releases.
o Level 3 Support
o Will be responsible for providing Level 3 support.
o Will also be responsible for completing enhancements and incident resolutions.
o Support and/or participate in project planning and communication for RPA initiatives.
o Complete documentation, required, as a part of the Bot Configuration Lifecycle.

o Strong analytical capabilities.
o Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere Development.
o Strong expertise in IQ Bots.
o Extensive knowledge of the Automation Anywhere product architecture (V11+).
o Advanced level skills in any of the following domains: SQL, VBA, Object Oriented Languages
o Strong self-direction and initiative; able to take ownership of work and drive others to perform
o Should have managed broad range of stakeholders both internal and external
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Education & Experience:
o A Bachelor of Engineering / Technology Degree is required
o A total of 8 - 10 years of development experience.
o At least 4 years of experience in RPA Development (Automation Anywhere) is mandatory.
