Job Description Telecaller - Personal Loan (Urgent Bulk Hiring_Immediate Joiner).Vacancy: 5
Key responsibilities:
Outbound customer calls and convert them into sales;
Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases;
Research on different tools to increase the sales and business opportunities;
Regular follow up with new and existing customers
Manage the BD report on day to day basis & send daily performance report to Business Development Manager;
Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Generate revenue and make a huge impact in companies growth by developing/maintaining customer relationships and positioning services in the market;
Required Candidate profile
2-3 years of proven experience in Inside sales/telesales experience in Personal Loan,
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and convincing power;
Proficient with MS Office;
CRM / Phone Technology experience preferred.
