Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to bring / generate business from clients for contract staffing.
• 1+ years of extensive experience in bringing new clients / business for the company by selling Staffing Solutions / Services.
• Business Development & Client Relationship Management.
• Responsible for generating client's business opportunities / business growth.
• Must be able to make good sales pitch to prospective clients.
• Visiting clients to establish business relationships, signing business agreements/contracts.
• Identify client business needs & business challenges - in advance, forecast requirements, and work on customized requirements and delivering the Service solutions
• You must be able bring business from India MNC / Service companies mainly in Non IT, contract staffing.
• Should be able to handle the entire Business Development / Account Management functions, Account Mining.
