Objective of the job
To be an effective member of the Business Development team and interface with new and existing customers telephonically so as to facilitate sales team in getting appointment and follow up.
Key Tasks and responsibilities
Coordinate with immediate supervisor to obtain the list of existing and prospective clients.
Contact the customers as per the list provided , over the telephone and brief them about the company , its services and products.
Seeking time for personal meeting for sales team , and pass on the lead to immediate superior / sales coordinator.
In addition , to ensure that the meetings are fixed with all the prospects from the list specially provided by Sales Team.
To ensure meetings are fixed with all the clients in the Priority Industry List.
To ensure that all sales personnel have a meeting fixed at 11 am everyday
Making a call for re - confirmation of all meetings.
Maintain confidentiality of all data and customers and all other aspects.
Tele - callers and sales Coordinator to use same name with a particular client to avoid confusion and should work on a common Excel sheet and uploaded on Google drive with real time Data.
Building a rapport with customers for further Business generation.
To call back customers who initially do not show interest or pre - occupied.
Keep the customers informed of the developments. Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with excellent English communication skills.
Candidate should know basic MS Office.
