Excellent Communication skills

Primary need is Clinical Service desk but customer is ok with Technical service desk. Medical or clinical application devices understanding will be added advantage

Medical practice front desk people are also good here to submit,help desk Experience Supporting hospitals

Applications like CERNER, Allscripts, HER, Eclinical will be added advantage here.

Comfortable for "VOICE SUPPORT"

Shift: 24*7 support
