Job Description

Will source, screen and validate resumes as per client manpower requirements.

Explore different sources like job portal, add posting, mass mailing, social media, professional network sites. references

Updating and creating talent data bank for on going requirements.

Developing repo with both client and candidates.

Making MIS Reports.

Required Candidate profile

MBA Fresher or 1 year experience in recruitment / client servicing /

business development/ client relationship handling role can apply for the same.

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Should be good in excel.

Result oriented with go getter attitude.

Must have good analytical skills.
