Handle Inbound calls/Outbound calls from Customers
Welcome calls and activation calls to customers

Should have experience in handling international customers

Ability to articulate customer queries and support in case of Escalation

Willingness to take up challenge

Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills
Good typing skills
Should be able to work in night shift

Education: Any Graduate
Experience- 1- 3yrs (Excellent Communication)
