Experience:- 5-10 years

Job Description:-

Must be from manufacturing and preferably someone who has worked at remote location sites
Should be good listener and can perform in high pressure, good planner and execution of work in hand
Experience of manpower management, attendance and people oriented person who understand problems and take action to resolve those problem
Should have experience of handling more than 500+ people at site and managing catering, security, housekeeping, store, transport and other associated services.
Need someone who take ownership of work and identify problems at site, troubleshoot and take corrective action
