Job Description

Mission

Should have good hands on experience in handling tickets.
Mingle with team members and active performer.
Eager to learn new technologies
Good understanding in terms of technical and functional of the application

Responsibilities

Experience in Google Application support preferable or any application support.
Debugging the issues and maintaining SLAs
Helping in DevOps function and increasing automation
The candidate will fit the requirement and is enthusiastic to learn new things.

Education

BE (CSE)

Experience / knowledge
Total year of experience ( 2 or 3 years of experience)
Working in shifts is a mandate. Candidates applying and selected for the job will be expected to work in shifts
Working knowledge of JIRA ticketing tool is preferable
Working knowledge of G suite or familiar with G suite applications
Work experience in Javascript, Appscript is Good to have
