Social Media Specialist - Nsez Phase Ii, Noida @ ProProfs

Job Description

Looking for a strong Social Media Specialist to work on ProProfs.com and Marriage.com who will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company's social media properties.

Job Description:

• Creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)

• Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Buffer and Hootsuite

• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

• Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising

• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.

• Identify key traffic acquisition KPIs and metrics

• Track and manage multiple lead generation channels

• Build relationships and networks with bloggers, journalists and industry influencers

• Manage monthly newsletters for products

Technical Skills:

• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

• Data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics

• An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once

• Excellent copy writing skills

• Excellent skills in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Sendgrid, Mail chimp

Personal Skills:-

• Must have willingness to learn and be a quick learner

• Have an attention for detail

• Stay updated on industry trends

• Must have a can-do attitude
